Robert de Bourgogne

Robert de Bourgogne, Duke of Burgundy, is Grand Chamberman of France and the second most powerful man in the kingdom behind King Philippe. He is a stately man, highly regarded and influential, and, in Comte Mathieu's opinion, ruthless. His noble manner contrasts greatly with the impetuous exuberance of the lowlier French lords.
